Fast rising edge
60MHz square wave and 50MHz adjustable edge pulse wave output, with waveform rise time as low as 3ns, meeting the waveform requirements of different applications.
Ultra low signal jitter
Based on RIGOL’s SIFI ll technology, the DG900 Pro series can generate any waveform point by point and restore signals without distortion. The sampling rate is precisely adjustable, Compared to traditional DDS signal sources, the generated signal jitter is lower, with all output signal jitter as low as 200ps (rms).
Rich modulation functions
Support rich modulation functions (AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, PWM, SUM modulation functions, etc.) to meet the requirements of communication principles, motor control, switching power supply and other application scenarios.
Sequence function
Support up to 64 waveform events, 256 repetitions, and able to load multiple test cases in a sequence that require sequential execution at once. Thus, greatly improving testing efficiency through achieving seamless switching of test cases.
Maximum 20th harmonic generation function
Up to 20 built-in waveform stacking functions provide a more accurate measurement method for performance testing of high-order filters, amplifiers, and other devices
High resolution frequency meter
A 7-bit 1GHz frequency meter can measure the frequency of common high-frequency signals such as VHF and UHF, facilitating relevant debugging
